I started running in the summer of 2011, just before leaving for New York. I do not know why I started at this specific time, but it was the trigger to get back to the sport. I was 20 years old and I tried to follow my boyfriend in his jogging, I arrived there but I really suffered. At my age, it was not normal. I told myself that I had to take charge. That’s where it all began.

Since then, I have become a great runner. I love running, I already have several official 10km and Half Marathon races under my belt. What I like most is sharing my passion and motivation on this blog so that you can realize how much sport is a source of well-being and self-confidence. I have no complex, I feel fulfilled and I have more confidence in myself and in my abilities. Sport, especially running, brings me a lot every day.
